We know for a majority it’s a scary prospect starting something new (we’ve all been there) & that’s why we developed our 2019 CrossFit Beginners Group Foundation Course.

Our extremely successful Group Coaching system is designed to introduce you to a Myriad of new training techniques & skills so that you can take your passion & willingness to succeed & transition easily to our main classes.

  • Course Start Dates: 

Course 1: January 8th 2019

Course 2: January 22nd 2019

Group Foundations run every Tuesday & Thursday Evening between 8-9pm. 

  • Group Foundations Training: 

Four Group coaching sessions designed to build upon each other & gradually introduce you to new movements, equipment & training techniques..

  • Fitness Classes: 

Six constantly varied, mixed intensity & fully Coached classes, designed to be fun & challenging, whilst further developing your new skills.


How We Turn You Into a Fitness Rockstar...

Increase Mobility & Flexibility

Starting with a dynamic warm-up we test the mobility & flexibility around your hips & shoulders. If you are tight or sore we then introduce muscle release techniques with foam rollers & balls, further adding various stretches that you can work on at home.

Perfect Bodyweight Movements

Secondly we look at your bodies ability to correctly perform foundational bodyweight movement such as the squat, press-up & Hollow Rock. We show you how to to use breathing and the contraction of your core muscle to brace the movement of the arms and legs. 

Develop All-Round Strength

Building upon the previous two elements, our main focus here is to introduce you to the correct execution of up to 11 barbell techniques (dependant on ability). As your muscle tone increases so does your metabolism & this means a higher consumption of calories, resulting in a more athletic & leaner you. 

Improve Aerobic & Anaerobic Fitness 

There's no point developing muscle and not being able to run 50 meters. To help you develop your Aerobic & Anaerobic fitness, each class provides you with an exciting, competitive & ever-changing conditioning challenge, in a circuit based workout.
