Learn our 9 basic lifts & start to master the correct way to Squat, Press & Pull with our simple but affective Coaching methods. You're guaranteed to increase muscle tone & shape.
Gradually start to incorporate the many different elements of CF into various types of workouts. You'll quickly learn how to scale each class to maximise your current fitness level.
Learn easy to apply stretching routines & how to use foam rollers and other soft tissue release techniques to help you remain both mobile & flexible.
Starting with a dynamic warm-up we test the mobility & flexibility around your hips & shoulders. If you are tight or sore we then introduce muscle release techniques with foam rollers & balls, further adding various stretches that you can work on at home.
Secondly we look at your bodies ability to correctly perform foundational bodyweight movement such as the squat, press-up & Hollow Rock. We show you how to to use breathing and the contraction of your core muscle to brace the movement of the arms and legs.
Building upon the previous two elements, our main focus here is to introduce you to the correct execution of up to 11 barbell techniques (dependant on ability). As your muscle tone increases so does your metabolism & this means a higher consumption of calories, resulting in a more athletic & leaner you.
There's no point developing muscle and not being able to run 50 meters. To help you develop your Aerobic & Anaerobic fitness, each class provides you with an exciting, competitive & ever-changing conditioning challenge, in a circuit based workout.

Amazing place to get fit. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up but the staff look after you and tailor your work out to your ability. Staff are constantly coaching you on your technique and tell you when you've done well. Would highly recommend to people of all fitness levels.

This ain't just a gym..... I came here about 18 months ago. Quite simply it changes everything...Steve and Jason and other staff make this place feel different. Its attitude free, easy to start, and even better to keep on with. There is a whole range of abilities and personalities here, and they make it so so easy to come to.The issue i have is staying away, rather than being bothered to go.... its my hobby now and I love it.
