A one-month introductory pack for individuals of all fitness levels NEW to CrossFit & looking to enter our main CrossFit classes.

Three (3) Personal 1-2-1 Coaching sessions aimed at teaching you how to use good technique & move correctly before entering our main classes. These sessions include an introduction to functional movement using the squat, press, pull & hinge, analyse your mobility & flexibility & introduce you to new & exciting weightlifting skills using barbells.

Six (6) FREE classes give you access to CrossFit, CF Lite, Core Stability, Functional Strength, Callisthenics & Barbell Club workouts. Classes are both fun & challenging in nature & feature a group introduction, warm-up, ongoing coaching on individual elements & scaled workout options.

On completion, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase one of our many class packages, which are designed to suit your individual training needs & gain access to 27 fitness classes & climbing.
