For the complete novice or avid fitness fan looking to improve their basic overall health and fitness, we offer our ‘Step into Fitness’ taster package. Ten days of unlimited class access to nine weekly ‘Level 1’ fitness classes including CF Lite, Core Stability, Functional Strength & Callisthenics.

This package aims to introduce you to our highly successful coaching system without the commitment of completing our CF Foundations. You’ll be introduced to both balanced strength & bodyweight training techniques alongside Mixed Intensity Interval Training (MIIT) sessions. Classes are both fun & challenging in nature & feature a workout introduction, group warm-up & constant guidance from our highly trained coaches.

Workouts are completed in a Coach led group setting, either independently or in a team of 2-3 & contain the use of Body Weight Exercises, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Rowing, Running, Cycling, Skipping and much more.

Classes are ALL scaled to your individual ability & current fitness level and are designed to improve your all-round Strength & Fitness. We are sure you are going to love these sessions

On completion you can choose to purchase one of our many class packs (available on sign-up) & continue with our Level 1 classes or choose to purchase our CF Foundations package and open up access to our complete class schedule.

CrossFit Foundations

(Level 2)

 

Heard about CrossFit from friends or seen it on social media and cant wait to give it a go? Then get ready to dive into our CrossFit Foundations package & learn the skills needed to enter our main classes…

 

For all fitness levels NEW to CrossFit & looking to enter our main CrossFit class sessions, we offer our ‘CrossFit Foundations’ package. Three (3) Personal Training Sessions focusing predominantly on correct weightlifting techniques & five (5) CrossFit Classes of your choosing.

This package aims to give you all the basic skills required to train CrossFit anywhere in the world (Google CrossFit Map). You’re first three PT sessions introduce you to technical weightlifting skills which are applied to the functional movements of Squatting, Pressing, Pulling & Bending. Sessions feature a mobility & flexibility based warm-up, followed by technique coaching with the use of male & female Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells & Medicine balls.

Each workout is different from the last and may include bodyweight, gymnastic, weightlifting, rowers and much more. All classes are scaled to your individual ability & current fitness level and are designed to improve your all-round Strength & Fitness, with the beginner focusing on the basic movements, & the more intermediate trainee focusing on the more technical elements.

On completion you’ll have full access to over 30 fitness classes & can choose from one of our many class packages (available on sign-up) to suit your individual training needs.

Experienced Lifter

(Level 2)

 

Are you looking to get into CrossFit, already train weights at your current gym & looking to fast track to our Level 2 CrossFit classes? Then this is for you….

 

For those already with proficient lifting skills wishing to fast track to our main Level 2 (more technical) CrossFit classes. We offer a single one hour slot, where your current skills can be assed and polished (session to be completed in daytime training hours) to get you up to speed.

This in-depth session can be adapted to suit your personal requirements & will test both your knowledge and technical ability in our CrossFit Foundational movements. The focus will be  predominately on the more technical lifts such as Front & OH Squats, Push & Split Jerks, Power Cleans & Snatches allowing you to either sharpen or add to your current skill set. 

On completion you’ll have full access to over 30 fitness classes & can choose from one of our many class packages (available on sign-up) to suit your individual training needs.

Kids Fitness

(All Levels)

If you’d like to introduce your child to the best fitness system in the world, then this is for you.

 

Led by supportive coaches, and mentors we aim to prepare the young athletes of the future by introducing them to functional movements, skill development, strength and conditioning all aimed at enriching their lives….

These classes can be accessed straight away, via two membership options. Here you will be guided by a Coach with the aim at introducing each child to an exciting world of correct bodyweight movements, Kettlebells, medicine balls, basic Barbell movements & mixed intensity workouts.
