A one-month introductory pack for individuals of all fitness levels NEW to CrossFit & looking to enter our main CrossFit classes.

Three (3) Personal Training sessions aimed at teaching you how to correctly perform new and exciting barbell techniques, so you can safely enter our main classes. These sessions include an analyses of your mobility & flexibility & then introduce you to the functional movements of the squat, press, pull & hinge. Its these movements that provide you with your foundational strength.

Six (6) FREE classes give you access to CrossFit, CF Lite, Core Stability, Functional Strength, Callisthenics & Barbell Club workouts. Classes are both fun & challenging in nature & feature a group introduction, warm-up, ongoing coaching on individual elements & scaled workout options for all.

On completion, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase one of our many class packages, which are designed to suit your individual training needs & gain access to 27 fitness classes & climbing.
