We do this within various time zones from multiple 3min to 30min workouts.
Training just 3 times per week will get you seriously fit, but you must allow time for adaption. This is why we offer multiple levels for each workout, from beginner to advanced.

Is CrossFit For Me?
Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help you safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout
Is CrossFit Safe?
Yes. CrossFit training is very safe, and sitting on your couch is actually incredibly dangerous. In CrossFit boxes, certified trainers provide precise instructions and coaching to help people move safely and efficiently, helping people avoid all the diseases that come from inactivity, obesity and poor nutrition.
What Membership Packages Are Available?
We offer multiple training packages from unlimited classes to individual drop-in sessions. Following the completion of your 3 Free sessions, a Coach will discuss the best membership options for you based on your individual requirements.
If you you’re looking for in-depth coaching and support. If you’d like a fitness program written for you every day that pushes you and covers strength, fitness, and flexibility. If you’d love to be part of an active community, then this is most definitely for you.
Please Note* If you’re looking for a cheap gym membership to do your own individual training then unfortunately at this point, we may not be for you.
What Are Current Class Times?
Gym access is available 24/7 via our tag entry system.
We are currently running four (4-5) classes per day:
Monday: Adults 06:30, 10:00, 12:00, (Kids 16:00) 17:30, 18:45
Tuesday: Adults 10:00, 12:00, 16:15, 17:30, 18:45
Wednesday: Adults 10:00, 12:00, 17:30, 18:45
Thursday: 06:30, 10:00, 12:00, (Kids 16:00) 17:30, 18:45
Friday: Adults 10:00, 12:00, 16:15, 17:30, 18:45
Saturday: 8:00, 9:15, 10:15, 11:30
Classes have a 15 min gap to allow for sterilising equipment and changeover.
Do I Need To Be Fit To Start CrossFit?
No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.
Can I Compete In Fitness Competitions?
Yes. You can compete in local, national & international competitions. There are regular CrossFit competitons held in the UK & abroad, from fun team, masters (40+) and regional champions.
What About Nutrition?
To accomplish your goals faster, we recommend you eat a variety of healthy foods in quantities that support fitness training but not body fat. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health. We offer our own in-house Nutrition course.
Are You Covid Secure?
We have been fully Risk Assed by a professional company and have made every effort to keep you safe. We have a large open shutter door to provide ventiliation & 10 x 10 ft personal training areas have been marked on the floor. You'll be responsible for wiping down your kit. Hand sanitiser is available on entry and upon use of the toilets. There are also notices to help out.
2021 Reopening Guidelines
Step 1: 29th March: We will be offering small outside group classes with acceptable social distancing applied. We are awaiting further clarity.
Step 2: 12th April: We will be offering full use of our facilities on a individual guided bases with organised time slots for both open gym & personal training. We are awaiting further clarity.
Step 3: 17th May: We will be offering our full service, with group fitness classes & personal training. We are awaiting further clarity.
Throughout Step 2 & 3, you'll be able to pre-book your own 10 x 10 ft personal training areas & the coach will wear a mask at all times unless you need to lip read.
