We start with introducing you to correct movement mechanics, then look at your flexibility & mobility to improve your bodies position. We then add correct technique & introduce you to dumbells & barbells.

Your physical & mental fitness can be heavily improved via your ability to row, bike, skip and move through multiple movements, whilst being able to recover quickly. This is where CrossFit exceeds. Our workouts are planned out to mix multiple elements of body weight, dumbbell, medicine ball and barbells with running, rowing and skipping. We do this within various time zones from multiple 3min to 30min workouts.

Training just 3 times per week will get you seriously fit, but you must allow time for adaption. This is why we offer multiple levels for each workout, from beginner to advanced.
