CrossFit strengthens functional movement patterns similar to everyday movements. The workouts follow a strict strength & skill progression & include mixed intensity workouts. HYROX uses mostly bodyweight & elliptical machines to improve your Aerobic & Anaerobic Thresholds.

What Membership Packages Are Available?
We offer multiple training packages designed to work around your needs.
1. CrossFit Ultimate: Unlimited Classes + Personal Training
2. CrossFit Basic: Unlimited Classes + 24 Hour Open Gym Access
3. CrossFit Ultimate: 2 Classes Per Week + Personal Training.
4. CrossFit Basic: 2 Classes Per Week
5. CrossFit Casual: 10 Class Block
Following the completion of your 3 Free classes, a Coach will discuss the best membership options for you based on your individual requirements.

Saturday: HYROX 8:00, YOGA 9:15, CF 10:15, Barbell 11:30
* Please arrive 10 mins early to meet your coach & orientate the gym.

Not at all. Both our CrossFit & HYROX classes offer a structured program, designed to get you in the best shape of your life.
Each class is designed to help you succeed & offers multiple scaled options to help improve your fitness and move you toward your goals.
No matter your current fitness level, you'll easily be able to get started.
Is CrossFit Safe?
Yes. CrossFit training is very safe, and sitting on your couch is actually incredibly dangerous.
Our certified trainers provide in-depth & precise instructions for all movements and our fitness program is designed to provide you with constantly varied, mixed intensity workouts that you'll love.

Can I Compete In Functional Fitness Competitions?
Yes. You can compete in local, national & international competitions. There are regular CrossFit & HYROX competitions held in both the UK & abroad, from fun team, masters (40+) and individual categories.
What About Nutrition?
We offer our own in-house Nutrition course that educates & guides your macro consumption. Your coach will monitor your daily / weekly results & provide feedback & support.
Are You Covid Secure?
We have been fully Risk Assed by a professional company and have made every effort to keep you safe. We have a large open shutter door to provide ventiliation & 10 x 10 ft personal training areas have been marked on the floor. You'll be responsible for wiping down your kit. Hand sanitiser is available on entry and upon use of the toilets. There are also notices to help out.
