Following your successful consultation, a coach will use your training notes to adapt your very own fitness program to ensure your success.
This is where having a coach that understands your training needs really stands out. Our coaches are trained to teach you movement from the ground up. They will look at your flexibility & test your functional movements, then add weights and conditioning to suit your current abilities & goals.
We have hundreds of exercise movements to help any ability & provide you with guaranteed results.
Tone Muscles, Build Strength & Just Look Better...
Besides being the number one way to burn body fat, building muscle to re-shape, lean and re-define your body can be surprisingly good fun.
Weight training is an integral part of your fitness program and we coach you every step of the way. You'll start out training with lighter dumbbells to learn technique & move correctly. When you're ready you'll progress to barbell movements such as squats, presses & pulls. These are designed to further develop your muscle growth, shape your body and melt the pounds.
Having more muscle is just one of the main pillars of health & fitness we use to get you back in shape & feeling good.

Is Personal Training For Me?
Yes. Everyone can do Personal Training regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program starts off gently & is modified for each persons current ability. Whether you want to be more active, recently looked in the mirror & said enough is enough, had a health scare or plain wish to get stronger & fitter. This is for you...
How Often Should I Train?
In order to maximise your progress, we encourage you to train 1-2-1 with a Coach twice weekly, but its really up to you. The more you train, the quicker your results.
When Can I Train?
We offer a multitude of one (1) hour training slots throughout both the morning and afternoon. These range from 08:00 until 14:00 week days. There will also be the opportunity to train outside of these hours on special arrangement.
We cannot offer evening slots at this time due to capacity restrictions and the ongoing Covid situation.
What Personal Training Packages Do You Offer?
Our Current training packages include Multiple 1:2:1 offering & can be tailored to your preference.

Do I Need To Be In Shape To Start Personal Training?
No personal training is designed from the ground up to graduate you through the various stages of your fitness journey, no matter your starting point. As your fitness starts to improve, your workouts are designed to become more challenging to keep you going forward. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.
How Do You Help Me Achieve My Goals?
Every step of your training program has been planned out methodically using both sports science and our own success metrics. We know this works. With your dedication & our tenacity, this is your opportunity to fast- track your way to success.
Is Nutrition Included In Personal Training?
Yes. We give you basic nutrition guidance, but also offer our very own 'Discover You' nutrition course as an optional ad-on should you wish to really go 360 with your transition.
Your coach will support you every step of the way, with ideas and feedback, making sure you stay on the right tracks and fully understand these life changing skills.
Are You Covid Secure?
We have been fully Risk Assed by a professional company and have made every effort to keep you safe. We have a large open shutter door to provide ventilation & 10 x 10 ft personal training areas that have been marked on the floor.
On entry you'll use the NHS Tracking APP, apply hand sanitiser & be guided to your training area where you'll be be responsible for wiping down your kit after use.
